Seafields by Bishop Gadsden is opening a brand new Assisted Living Community right here in the Lowcountry, and we're hiring the team that gets it off the ground. We built this place for the people who live here and the people who care for them.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer and supervise medications accurately and on time
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Document care and physician orders in the EHR
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Med Techs and Nursing Assistants
• Respond to emergencies and support resident-centered care

What We’re Looking For:

• Active South Carolina LPN license in good standing
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A positive, professional attitude and passion for senior care
