We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief AI and Autonomous Systems Officer and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This role will also provide secondary support across the immediate leadership team, including an advisor to the CEO, with lighter-touch support for the VP of CrowdStrike’s Tailored Solutions team.

This is a high-judgment, high-discretion role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving executive environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through to every interaction. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities while keeping executives and stakeholders aligned. The role is expected to be based on the East Coast in the United States and aligned to Eastern Time in order to support the executive cadence of the team.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage a complex and constantly evolving calendar maintenance, including internal leadership meetings, strategic reviews, customer and partner engagements, and cross-functional operating cadences.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, logistics, and related expense management with precision and strong attention to detail.

  • Serve as a trusted partner by anticipating needs, protecting time, and ensuring they are prepared for key meetings, decisions, and engagements.

  • Prepare and coordinate briefing materials, agendas, background notes, and follow-up items for executive meetings.

  • Support the operating rhythm of the organization, including planning meetings, team checkpoints, and priority reviews.

  • Act as a highly professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and responsiveness.

  • Drive follow-through on action items by tracking commitments, surfacing deadlines, and partnering across functions to ensure timely execution.

  • Collaborate closely with the Office of the CEO, executive assistants, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless coordination across executive schedules and priorities.

  • Continuously improve administrative processes, communication flow, and executive support practices to increase efficiency and executive leverage.

  • Provide support in onboarding new members to the AI Systems team.

What You'll Need:
  • The role is expected to be based remotely on the East Coast in the United States and aligned to Eastern Time in order to support the executive cadence of the team.

  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth, or highly matrixed environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex scheduling, travel across global timezones, and competing priorities with minimal oversight.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional presence.

  • Proven ability to gather and handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

  • Comfort working across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, stay composed under pressure, and maintain a high bar for execution.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting technical, product, engineering, or innovation-focused executives.

  • Experience working with executive leadership teams and navigating highly dynamic operating environments.

  • Track record of building trust quickly and operating as an extension of an executive leader.

  • Strong proficiency with Google suite, calendar, travel, presentation, expense, and collaboration tools.

  • Knowledge of and experiencing using genAI and agentic tooling to accomplish complex tasks in short timeframes.

  • Experience in event and off-site planning.

Success Profile:

The successful candidate will be someone who can create leverage for the supported ELT member and the broader leadership team by bringing structure, speed, and precision to executive support. They will know how to prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and operate with the discretion and maturity required to support a senior ELT leader.
