In this role, you will play a critical part in improving how a high-growth, product-led organization operates across its core user funnels and product workflows. You will act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams, ensuring that insights, user feedback, and operational signals are translated into clear actions that improve product performance. The role is highly cross-functional and focuses on enhancing execution quality, identifying friction points in user journeys, and supporting fast-paced experimentation cycles. You will help ensure that product launches, optimizations, and fixes are delivered efficiently and with high quality. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly influences customer experience at scale. You will also gain exposure to growth experimentation, product analytics, and cross-team coordination in a highly data-driven environment. - Support product teams by analyzing user journeys, identifying friction points, and helping improve funnel performance through structured insights.
- Own the collection and synthesis of user feedback from support channels, reviews, and research to inform product improvements.
- Coordinate bug triage and resolution with engineering teams to ensure issues are prioritized, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
- Assist in the execution of product initiatives, including scoped launches, feature updates, and operational improvements across the product lifecycle.
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to support experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Help maintain documentation, workflows, and operational processes to improve clarity, scalability, and execution quality across teams.
- 2–3 years of experience in product operations, product management, consulting, or a similarly analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex systems and identify actionable insights.
- Comfortable working with data to analyze product performance, user behavior, and experiment outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong interest in product development, user experience, and growth experimentation.
