Responsibilities

• Diagnose and clear residential drain and sewer stoppages
• Perform drain cleaning and basic troubleshooting
• Operate drain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Educate customers on findings and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Maintain clean and organized company vehicle and work areas

Requirements

• Drain cleaning or plumbing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift equipment and work in varying conditions
• Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
