This role sits at the center of commercial transformation within a large-scale healthcare organization, ensuring alignment, execution discipline, and strategic clarity across multiple commercial functions. You will act as a key connector across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Commercial Capabilities, translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans for field teams. The position plays a critical role in shaping communication flows, operating rhythms, and enablement initiatives that drive organizational focus and execution. You will also support large-scale commercial planning cycles and ensure consistency in messaging, governance, and performance tracking. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will influence leadership communication, operational cadence, and field effectiveness in a fast-moving transformation environment. It is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and internal communications within complex organizations.
In this role, you will drive commercial alignment, operational discipline, and enablement execution across the organization, ensuring strategic priorities are effectively translated into field impact.
- Lead internal commercial communications strategy, including messaging, content development, and multi-channel engagement
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency in execution
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable messaging for field teams in collaboration with Marketing and leadership
- Manage recurring communication cadences such as newsletters, leadership updates, and organizational announcements
- Support annual and quarterly commercial planning processes alongside key business stakeholders
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting tools, and metrics to track execution against priorities
- Coordinate commercial enablement initiatives, including national meetings, leadership summits, and field training events
- Ensure readiness and alignment across cross-functional teams for large-scale commercial programs and initiatives
- Track dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure accountability and follow-through across the organization
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in commercial operations, program management, or communications, with the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, and matrixed environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of experience in commercial project management, communications, or related strategic roles (or 5+ years with advanced degree)
- Experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-facing organizations strongly preferred
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational alignment
- Experience leading executive or organizational communications is a plus
- Proven ability to manage large-scale meetings, training programs, or commercial events
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced transformation environments with evolving priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Healthcare or medical device industry experience is a plus but not required
- Competitive salary range of $130,400 – $195,600 USD
