You will join a fast-growing global team supporting the onboarding of employees across multiple regions, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient employment start experiences. The role focuses on managing end-to-end onboarding operations, including documentation, contracts, and employee data accuracy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as payroll, mobility, and benefits to ensure seamless execution. This position offers exposure to global HR operations in a fully remote, high-growth, and asynchronous environment. You will play a key role in improving onboarding workflows and driving automation initiatives. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about people operations and operational excellence.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring all documentation, employment packages, and compliance requirements are accurately completed.
- Manage onboarding operations lifecycle, respond to employee queries, and ensure a smooth and timely start experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as payroll, benefits, mobility, and lifecycle operations to coordinate onboarding activities.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy, security, and compliance of employee data across internal systems.
- Support audits, reporting, and compliance initiatives to uphold operational integrity and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and actively contribute to process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Strong experience in operations or people operations, ideally within HR or employment-related environments involving contracts or legal documentation.
- Good understanding of employment contracts and legally binding HR documentation.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional or high-growth environments such as startups or global organizations.
- Strong communication skills in English, with high attention to detail in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, global remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills in knowledge management and documentation processes.
- Comfortable with automation tools and demonstrating AI fluency in daily work.
- Annual salary range: USD 28,200 – 71,400
