POSITION SUMMARY

We believe strong diagnostics, professionalism, and customer trust build long-term success — not pushy sales tactics or inflated invoices.

This is a hands-on, independent field role for an experienced Service Plumber who diagnoses, repairs, installs, and maintains residential and commercial plumbing systems in occupied homes and businesses. The Senior Service Plumber must be skilled in troubleshooting, customer communication, invoicing, and completing work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

This role requires independent decision-making, strong diagnostic ability, and the ability to manage a company service truck responsibly and professionally.

DO NOT APPLY if you have never independently run your own plumbing service truck as a lead technician.

This is not an apprentice position. We are looking for experienced Service Plumbers who take pride in professionalism, quality workmanship, and solving problems correctly the first time.
