About This Position

Location: Ocala, FL (Relocating to Belleview, FL in 2026)

Company: Chad’s Water Works Plumbing LLC

Pay: Flat rate/piece rate — $800 to $3,000+ per week (based on projects/ fixtures completed; no experience-based variation)

Job Type: Full-time | 40-50 hrs/week | Monday–Friday | Field Based

POSITION SUMMARYThis is a hands-on, field leadership role for a residential plumber who installs, tests, and completes full plumbing systems in new construction homes and remodel projects. The Residential Plumber is paid on a flat rate/piece rate scale — earning $800 to $3,000+ per week by completing profitable, code-compliant installs quickly and accurately. This position covers both custom home and tract housing work. While full-scope plumbers are preferred, we also welcome applicants with strong skills in specific residential phases (e.g., 2nd roughs, trims). You must be able to run your own truck, lead apprentices, and deliver top-quality results without daily supervision.

Applicants skilled in either tract housing or custom home builds (or both) are encouraged to apply.

DO NOT APPLY if you have never run your own truck as a Residential Plumber.

This is NOT an apprentice position. This is a leadership role for a serious tradesman ready to raise the bar.

If you’ve mastered tract housing, custom homes — or both — we want to hear from you.
