Duties & Responsibilities

• Hand deburr, clean, and prepare finished components for shipment.

• Load and unload parts from media blasting equipment.

• Inspect parts to ensure proper finish and quality standards are met.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and stocking of raw materials and finished goods.

• Load and unload material from delivery trucks using a forklift.

• Cut bar stock and other materials to specified dimensions according to work orders and blueprints.

• Operate band saws and other shop equipment safely and efficiently.

• Set up and adjust saw cutting speeds and feeds based on material type and size.

• Maintain coolant levels and replace saw blades as needed.

• Mark, tag, and identify materials according to job documentation and inventory requirements.

• Assist with inventory control and organization of raw material storage areas.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Support production and assist other departments as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.

• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification).

• Experience operating band saws, forklifts, and basic shop machinery is a plus.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Strong work ethic, dependability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Day Shift

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience

• Manufacturing Experience: 1 Year (Preferred)
