In this role, you will act as a strategic connector between the healthcare ecosystem and payer stakeholders, helping to improve patient access to innovative therapies within the private health system. You will build and nurture high-trust relationships with key decision-makers across insurers, hospital groups, and healthcare influencers, while navigating complex access pathways. The position requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and healthcare system understanding to remove barriers that delay treatment access. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute access strategies that deliver measurable impact. This is a highly strategic, field-facing role where your ability to influence systems directly shapes patient outcomes. - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across private payers, hospital networks, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Map and analyze decision-making structures within the Brazilian private healthcare system to identify access barriers and opportunities.
- Develop and communicate compelling value propositions aligned with stakeholder needs and healthcare system priorities.
- Drive access strategy execution, including mitigation of access barriers and support for approval and reimbursement processes.
- Design and implement value-based healthcare initiatives to strengthen partnerships and improve patient access outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Access, Medical, and Marketing teams to ensure integrated and aligned strategies.
- Monitor market dynamics, policy changes, and stakeholder evolution to adapt strategies and maximize impact.
- Influence key decision-makers to improve access timelines, approval rates, and overall patient treatment availability.
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian private healthcare system and payer landscape.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, account management, or healthcare access roles.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to understand complex healthcare systems and interdependencies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver both technical and value-based messaging.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in dynamic environments.
- High level of autonomy, ownership, and adaptability.
- Preferred: experience in oncology or specialty care areas.
