Lions Gate Dodge is looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team!

As a Service Porter, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of our Service Department by ensuring vehicles are handled safely, the service drive remains organized, and every customer receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
• Safely move customer and dealership vehicles throughout the service drive, shop, and parking areas.
• Assist with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles for delivery as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive and parking lot.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with day-to-day operational needs.
• Perform basic vehicle checks, such as fuel levels, cleanliness, and tire condition.
• Organize vehicle parking and maintain accurate key control.
• Shuttle vehicles between dealership locations when required.
• Follow all health and safety policies and dealership procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Service Department.

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate automatic transmission vehicles (manual transmission experience is considered an asset).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Previous automotive dealership or porter experience is an asset but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
