Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Construction Field Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting single-family residential rehab projects across the DFW area. This role is essential in ensuring our projects are executed with precision, safety, and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is passionate about construction, values a clean and organized job site, and is committed to contributing to a positive and growth-oriented company culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Conduct progress walks throughout the renovation using AI software to ensure vendors adhere to the scope of work and material guide, meeting all rent-ready and city compliance standards.
  • Perform property winterization procedures on all active projects according to established protocols.
  • Complete inspections on all active projects after major weather events documenting damage and report findings to the construction coordinator.
  • Conduct final punch list walkthroughs with subcontractors, document deficiencies, and manage the completion of all corrective work for project handover.
  • Conduct field inspections (RQI/RRI) using AI software to verify that all construction work complies with project scope of work, quality standards, and building codes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in residential construction or rehab, preferably in single-family homes.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety practices, and design implementation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scopes of work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Goggle and construction management software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, AI Software).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel across the DFW metroplex.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Education and/or Experience

3+ years of experience in residential construction or rehab, preferably in single-family homes.
