Sales Support in Ashland, Virginia at ARCHITECTURAL PRODUCTS OF VA INC

APV is looking for a Sales Support Representative in our Ashland, VA, location. This position supports our sales process from project start through completion. APV is the premiere commercial door & security provider in the region. You will work directly with our Security Account Executives, assisting them with everything from quote invitations to blueprint plan evaluation.

Pay Rate: $18 - $29 per hour

About the Role:

• Organize incoming invitations to quote and facilitate transfer to the company’s ERP (Acumatica)
• Utilize our shared digital database DocLink, ERP software (Acumatica), site survey software, and Office 365 to assist Security Account Executives with various tasks.
• Monitor job materials and shipping dates as per project timelines.
• Responsible for printing project blueprints and providing accurate inventory counts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent typing skills and data entry
• Good working knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Desired - Experience working with commercial contractors, especially in access control, video surveillance, and security integration.
• Desired - Working knowledge of and experience with construction-related software such as company intranet programs, digital document software, Enterprise Resource Planning software, and other systems such as SharePoint, DocLink, and Pro-Tech.
