Accountabilities:

Define, evolve, and support enterprise-wide data architecture strategies aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
Design scalable, reliable, and secure data platforms and solutions that support modern analytics and operational needs.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural standards for cloud-based data ecosystems.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and business units to ensure data architecture decisions align with organizational priorities.
Promote best practices related to scalability, governance, reliability, security, and data quality across enterprise environments.
Provide technical guidance and architectural support to data engineering teams throughout implementation and modernization initiatives.
Identify technical risks and challenges while proposing innovative and efficient solutions to improve data capabilities.
Support governance, compliance, metadata management, and security initiatives across data platforms.
Mentor and share knowledge with technical peers, contributing to the continuous development and growth of the team.
Participate in strategic discussions regarding data platform evolution, modernization, and enterprise transformation programs.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Data Architect or in similar senior-level data architecture positions.
Strong expertise with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure Cloud Services and Microsoft Fabric.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise data platform architecture and modern data ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with data modeling, ELT processes, and Data Lake architectures.
Strong understanding of data scalability, governance, reliability, security, and compliance principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global environments.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher) for daily interaction with international clients and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
Experience working in distributed enterprise-scale environments is highly valued.
Familiarity with analytics, business intelligence ecosystems, governance frameworks, and metadata management is a plus.
