This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Instructional Designer in Canada.
This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering engaging learning experiences for internal teams within a dynamic and customer-focused organization. You will design, develop, and evaluate training programs that support employee development and strengthen organizational performance. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, you will translate business needs into impactful learning solutions across multiple formats, including virtual, in-person, and digital modules. The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, requiring both creativity and structure in learning design. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring learning tools and programs remain effective, accessible, and aligned with business goals. This position offers the opportunity to influence learning strategy while directly enhancing employee capability and engagement.
- Design, plan, and deliver learning and development programs aligned with organizational needs, including virtual, in-person, and recorded formats.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and provide coaching support to learners during practical exercises.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend effective instructional solutions.
- Coordinate course setup, learning materials, and updates within learning systems and knowledge libraries.
- Conduct learning evaluations, audits, and quality checks to ensure training effectiveness and consistency.
- Maintain training inventories and support tracking of employee learning completion and progress.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is considered an asset.
- Strong proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline and learning management systems.
- Experience in needs assessment, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (bilingual proficiency required).
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Annual salary range: $63,000 – $98,475 CAD, depending on experience and skills.
