This is a high-impact, regional role focused on identifying and launching new workforce training and employment programs across Latin America. You will sit at the intersection of labor market intelligence, employer engagement, and program design, translating real market demand into scalable learning and employment solutions. Working closely with country teams and global stakeholders, you will shape end-to-end program strategy—from opportunity identification to launch and early performance tracking. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured execution, and the ability to operate in complex, multi-country environments. You will engage directly with employers and industry partners to validate demand and ensure programs lead to measurable job outcomes. This position is ideal for a strategic builder who thrives in mission-driven, data-informed environments and wants to create tangible economic impact at scale.
- Lead the identification of high-potential training and employment opportunities by analyzing labor market trends, industry growth signals, salary benchmarks, and role-level demand across sectors in Latin America.
- Drive employer engagement to validate workforce needs, secure hiring commitments, and ensure program design reflects real market requirements and job opportunities.
- Contribute to end-to-end program design by translating employer insights and labor data into role definitions, skill frameworks, and curriculum inputs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop structured, evidence-based business cases for new programs, integrating learner insights, market demand, delivery models, and sustainability considerations.
- Manage full program development lifecycle from concept to launch, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and implementation plans across multiple countries.
- Define and track program success metrics, monitor early performance, and support continuous improvement and scale-up based on outcomes and insights.
This role requires 6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, workforce development, or program development, ideally in multi-country or regional environments across Latin America. Candidates should have strong experience building business cases, managing complex stakeholder ecosystems, and engaging employers or hiring leaders to validate demand. A solid understanding of labor markets, talent pipelines, or workforce systems is highly valuable, along with the ability to translate insights into actionable program strategies.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret labor market data and business signals
- Proven project management capabilities, including coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives across regions
- Experience in employer engagement, partnerships, or workforce demand validation
- Ability to design and communicate clear, compelling program or business cases to senior stakeholders
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese is a plus
- Fully remote work flexibility across Latin America
- Opportunity to contribute to large-scale social impact initiatives focused on employment and economic mobility
- Regional exposure working across multiple countries and stakeholders
- Collaborative, mission-driven environment with global cross-functional teams
- Competitive compensation aligned with regional experience and scope
- Chance to build and scale programs that directly improve employment outcomes for thousands of learners
