You will operate in a highly autonomous and entrepreneurial environment where your ideas, leadership, and commercial expertise will directly influence market expansion and long-term success. This role is ideal for a driven and relationship-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, remote-first environments and enjoys building scalable growth strategies from the ground up.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute the regional channel and alliance strategy focused on system integrators, MSPs, distributors, and strategic consulting partners.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners aligned with the ideal partner and customer profile.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the partner ecosystem to drive long-term business growth.
  • Manage both partnership development and direct business development activities, converting partners into active customers when relevant.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Support partners in successfully adopting and promoting the platform to their customer base.
  • Drive pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic alliances.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams to align commercial objectives and accelerate market penetration.
  • Contribute to the scaling of the partner function, including future recruitment and leadership opportunities.
  • Represent the business within the platform engineering and cloud ecosystem, strengthening market visibility and strategic positioning.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel development within the UKI technology market.
  • At least 5 years of successful software sales experience with a proven track record closing deals with MSPs, system integrators, or GSIs.
  • Strong understanding of platform engineering, internal developer platforms, DevOps, cloud technologies, FinOps, and GreenOps ecosystems.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships and go-to-market initiatives from an early-stage or growth environment.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and fully remote international environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development and partnership growth.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work environment across Europe, including Spain.
  • High level of autonomy and ownership within a fast-growing international business.
  • Competitive compensation package with strong variable earning potential.
  • Flexible and collaborative company culture where ideas and contributions are highly valued.
  • Home office setup budget of up to €1200, including device choice flexibility.
  • Annual company retreat within Europe.
  • Opportunity to work directly with executive leadership and influence strategic growth initiatives.
  • Career development opportunities in both individual contributor and leadership tracks.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and sustainable innovation practices in cloud and platform engineering.
