The Compensation Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and functionality of compensation systems and data. This role supports core compensation operations by managing system configuration, validating data outputs, and ensuring consistency across job codes, pay structures, and downstream processes. The position plays a key role in supporting payroll and HRBI integrations, identifying data issues, and improving system processes and controls.
Responsibilities
The Compensation Systems Analyst is responsible for the integrity, maintenance, and operational readiness of compensation systems, data outputs, and compensation reference tools. Manages ongoing compensation system processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate application of compensation data in support of compensation programs, labor requirements, and downstream HR and payroll processes.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3 to 5 years of related compensation, HR systems, or data management experience required.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience working with HRIS and compensation data sources.
- Experience with Power Query or other similar ETL/data integration tools.
- Ability to manage complex data sets and maintain data accuracy across systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to support internal collaboration.
- Working knowledge of compensation structures and laborrelated compensation constraints preferred.
