Your Mission:
Your mission is to be the motivational anchor of our training tiers, ensuring the seamless delivery of every workout and coaching session at Pacific Corporate Towers. You don’t just "run a class"; you set the stage for vitality, ensuring every weight, mat, and recovery tool is positioned with house proud precision. By owning the energy and flow of the fitness floor, you provide the expert foundation that fuels your members' physical performance and personal bests from the moment they begin their first set.
Your Focus:
You translate training plans and fitness schedules into seamless workouts on the gym floor. You manage all session logistics—from preparing equipment to coordinating smooth exercise transitions—ensuring even high-intensity classes run efficiently. By staying organized and calm under pressure, you maintain a professional, premium environment where clients can focus entirely on their training.
Outcomes Youll Deliver: - Planning & Designing Sessions: Design the logistical blueprint for extraordinary classes and personal training sessions. You precisely map out workout flows, timing, and equipment setups to ensure every session runs flawlessly and maximizes clients.
- Coaching & Managing the Floor: Serve as the high-energy, grounding anchor on the gym floor. Whether leading a packed group class or an intimate personal training session, you project a calm, professional confidence—channeling the swan to smoothly handle unexpected injuries or equipment issues while keeping the client experience elite.
- Maintaining & Resetting Spaces: Take pride in maintaining a pristine, training-ready stage. You manage the timely teardown, sanitization, and reorganization of the gym floor, studios & locker room, ensuring the next client steps into a spotless, welcoming environment.
- Tracking Progress & Refining Workouts: Review client performance metrics, tracking data, and class attendance trends. You turn this feedback into detailed programming adjustments that hone the coaching craft of the whole team, leading to better member retention and fitness results.
- Team Collaboration: Support the broader building ecosystem beyond the wellness center. You collaborate with the maintenance, leasing, and other teams to drive member engagement, ensuring your coaching efforts align with your building’s goals.
- 2+ years of experience personal training and teaching group fitness classes, ideally in a corporate fitness environment.
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification required; CSCS certification is a plus.
- Proven experience delivering five-star service in high-volume or high-touch environments.
- Effective problem-solver, resolving complex issues quickly while protecting the guest experience.
- Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using booking, scheduling, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, event platforms).
- Adaptable and confident learning new systems for membership and program management.
- The "House Proud" Standard: You possess an uncompromising eye for detail and a deep sense of ownership over your environment. You curate your space’s physical readiness, ensuring every chair is aligned, every supply is restocked, and every special touch is perfectly in place to uphold our five-star brand promise.
- Poise Under Pressure: You have a natural ability to "Channel the Swan" during live execution. You remain steady, calm, and professional in high-stakes moments, resolving real-time challenges behind the scenes so the guest only ever experiences a sense of effortless flow and serenity.
- Proactive Problem Solving: You don't wait for things to go wrong; you stay three steps ahead. You’ve demonstrated the foresight to identify potential friction points in a setup or schedule and clear the way before they impact the guest, ensuring every session or event is primed and ready for success.
- Trusted Partnerships: You build trust through consistent, high-quality follow-through. As an essential link between the plan and the reality, you communicate clearly and warmly with tenants, guests, and vendors, acting as a reliable anchor that others can depend on to get it right every time.
- Mastery of the Craft: You are committed to constant improvement and technical growth. You take pride in learning the nuances of our systems, whether they are AV, wellness tech, or operational workflows, and you use data to sharpen your skills and elevate the entire team’s delivery.
