Day-to-Day as a Onboarding & Recruiting Specialist:
- Serve as the first point of contact and enthusiastic ambassador for all new hires during their onboarding journey
- Own and execute the full onboarding process, from Talent & Acquisitions handoff to Day 1 setup and beyond
- Collaborate with Talent & Acquisitions, Hiring Managers, IT, Operations, and other internal partners to ensure a seamless candidate-to-new-hire experience
- Organize and deliver engaging orientation sessions, onboarding communications, and new hire touchpoints
- Maintain new hire documentation, manage HRIS entry, and coordinate compliance steps throughout the onboarding process
- Support recruiting efforts by assisting with job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and recruiting-related follow-up
- Help maintain applicant tracking system data, candidate records, requisition updates, and recruiting dashboards to ensure accuracy and visibility
- Partner with the Talent & Acquisitions team to create a positive and professional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
- Assist with coordinating background checks, employment verifications, offer letters, and other pre-employment requirements
- Support hiring managers by helping keep recruiting processes organized, timely, and well-communicated
- Assist in continuously improving the onboarding and recruiting processes to elevate both the candidate and employee experience
- Support a high-performing and growth-oriented HR team with a positive, can-do attitude
- Innovate and streamline existing processes; your ideas are welcome!
What You Bring as a Onboarding & Recruiting Specialist:
- 3+ years of proven experience in an HR, People Operations, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or talent support role; experience in a fast-paced professional services or financial services environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- Natural people-person with a warm, approachable, and professional communication style
- Strong ability to create a positive experience for candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and internal partners
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills; you can juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and moving pieces without losing track of the details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and candidate information with professionalism and discretion
- A supportive and collaborative mindset; you’re the go-to person for making people feel confident, prepared, and connected

Job Type: Full-time, salaried exempt
Location: This position is based out of our office in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an in-office position.
Salary: $60,000 annual base salary, plus $12,850 annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
