Forklift Driver in Phoenix, Arizona at Nutritio2 LLC

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, unload, and stage raw materials, components, and finished goods. This role supports warehouse, production, and shipping/receiving operations while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards. This is Full-Time, On-site position.

Responsibilities:

· Safely and efficiently operate forklifts to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.

· Load and unload trucks, stack and store materials in designated areas, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

· Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and cGMP requirements

· Conduct pre-operational checks on forklifts and other equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.

· Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

· Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking orders, packaging products, and maintaining cleanliness.

· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks.

· Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or inventory discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, quality standards and productivity targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid forklift certification and a proven track record of safe forklift operation.

• 2+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.

Physical Demands and Abilities:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

• Able to stand for up to 10 hours a day.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The work environment may involve exposure to loud noise levels. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and must be worn in designated areas. Work may take place in laboratory and production settings where strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols is required.
