Position SummaryThe Junior Recruiter will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting with onboarding activities. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and eager to build a career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Post job vacancies on approved job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
- Source qualified candidates through databases, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
- Review résumés and conduct initial phone or video screenings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate application updates to candidates promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system or recruitment files.
- Assist with reference checks, pre-employment requirements, job offers, and onboarding.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.
- Support career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer-branding activities.
- Follow company policies and applicable employment and data-privacy requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to two years of recruitment, HR, customer service, or administrative experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational, scheduling, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms is an advantage.
- Professional, discreet, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies.
- Timely submission of qualified candidates.
- Accuracy and completeness of recruitment records.
- Interview attendance and hiring conversion rates.
- Candidate and hiring-manager satisfaction.
- Compliance with recruitment procedures and timelines
