Responsibilities- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
- Maintain Culver's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and restaurant profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies.
- Create employee schedules and support a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Drive sales through operational excellence and community involvement.
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service.
Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high-performing team.
Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures.
Be able to close and open the restaurant.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Demonstrated passion and leadership.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Lead by example and be able to direct and mentor large groups or individuals.
A genuine smiling personality.
1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred.
