Responsibilities
  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
  • Maintain Culver's standards for food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
  • Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and restaurant profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and company policies.
  • Create employee schedules and support a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Drive sales through operational excellence and community involvement.
Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Excellent customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service.

Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high-performing team.

Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures.

Be able to close and open the restaurant.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Demonstrated passion and leadership.

Strong communication and organization skills.

Lead by example and be able to direct and mentor large groups or individuals.

A genuine smiling personality.

1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred.
