What You'll Do
Principal Project Leadership Serve as the company's principal project representative, managing complex multi-discipline engineering, controls, and procurement teams. Execute all project stages while interfacing with client stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Strategic Program Management Plan, organize, and monitor comprehensive project execution to meet overall client program goals. Maintain accountability for complex projects or project groups with highest level client interface.
Executive Excellence Direct resource planning, cost estimating, and scheduling functions while promoting company capabilities. Lead change management initiatives and ensure adherence to all client policies and quality standards.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
- Education: B.S. in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience: 15-25 years in Heavy Industries (Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities)
- Project Management: 15-25 years of proven project management experience
- Leadership: Extensive experience directing multi-discipline project teams
- Certifications: PMP Certification preferred
Essential Requirements
- Working knowledge of Stage-Gate Project Execution
- FEL development and estimating experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency with computerized project management and reporting tools
- Proven record of achieving all project safety, cost, quality, schedule objectives
- Executive-level communication and relationship management skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to sit/stand, type, and perform computer work for long periods of time.
- Frequent use of hands/fingers for computer entry and answering calls.
- Able to perform occasional bending, lifting, and reaching.
- Must be able to lift 15 lbs if necessary.
- Visual acuity sufficient for reading documents, computer screens, and technical materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in-person, by phone, and via video conferencing.
- Hearing ability adequate for meetings, presentations, and collaboration.
- Ability to concentrate and maintain attention for extended periods while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- Able to travel to job sites (local and/or remote) as project needs require.
- Able to work in heavy industrial environments while wearing required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, fire-retardant clothing, gloves, etc.).
- Able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on elevated surfaces.
- Able to walk on uneven terrain and surfaces.
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and industrial environments during site visits.
