SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION:
- On-site position, weekdays, 40 hours per week
- Salary range $75,000-$80,000/year (Salary/Exempt).
- Salary based on skills and experience.
- Up to 8% annual bonus potential

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and behavioral recommendations based on comprehensive assessments.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Preference Assessments, and other evaluations to identify effective, person-centered interventions.
- Analyze behavioral data to monitor progress, identify trends, and make informed recommendations that improve outcomes.
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians (BTs), and direct support staff to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation of behavior plans.
- Review incident reports and physical restraint documentation to identify patterns, recommend proactive strategies, and promote positive behavioral supports.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, clinicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure behavioral supports are integrated across classrooms, treatment settings, and community environments.
- Partner with parents, guardians, and caregivers by providing regular updates, reviewing progress, and offering guidance that supports success across all environments.
- Participate in IEP, IDT, Human Rights Committee, and Behavior Management Committee meetings to advocate for person-centered, ethical, and effective behavioral services.
- Deliver engaging staff training on behavioral strategies, Positive Crisis Management (PCM), and best practices to build confidence and consistency across the organization.
- Stay current on emerging research, best practices, and regulatory requirements within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation while meeting client care and productivity expectations.

WHAT YOU BRING:
Education:
- Graduate degree from an accredited university with coursework in behavior analysis.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience working with children and adults as a behavior analyst or registered behavior technician.
- Experience with autism spectrum disorders and other diagnoses (i.e., intellectual disability, developmental delay, etc.).
Knowledge, Skill Sets, and Abilities:
- Ability to conduct and interpret assessments via team and individual evaluations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Sound organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple urgencies as required.
- Present interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ongoing motor vehicle insurance.
- Ability to self-transport.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about to assist clients/students, access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- The ability to observe details at a close range (within a few feet of the observer).
- Consistently position self to maintain files in file cabinets or assist clients/students.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in all situations.
- Occasional movement of students by wheelchair or other mechanical devices.
- The person in this position may encounter students exhibiting physical aggression; must be comfortable working in periods of crisis and feel comfortable de-escalating individually or as a team.
