Job Description
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Full-time on-site office setting in Los Angeles, CA
Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and complies with all State and Federal banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to FDICIA, Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, Customers Right to Privacy Act, Regulation D, Regulation DD/Truth in savings, USA Patriot Act, CIP, Elder Care, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and Privacy requirements as they pertain to this position.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for the operational training and support to the branches. Knowledge of bank operations is necessary to provide management and guidance to the branch staff.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as floater to cover for branch staffing deficiency for tellers, new accounts, customer service and operations officer
- Saturday Back up if necessary
- Have proficient knowledge of daily duties and responsibilities of all branch operations positions
- Provide insight and advice on how to improve duties of each branch operations position more effectively
- Provide guidance and assistance to branch colleagues in resolving procedural problems
- Conduct training for branch operations personnel as needed
- Assist in establishing and implementing operations policies and procedures
- Additional duties as assigned and delegated by management when not covering branches
- Comply fully with all Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Anti Money Laundering, Code of Conduct, and etc.). Must complete all required training
QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires overall qualifications to successfully handle the duties described above
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of bank operations experience

Annual pay ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
