Job Description
Tokai Carbon GS is looking to add to its world class team of highly trained and skilled personnel. We provide carbon and graphite solutions for Aerospace, EDM, Fuel cell and Semiconductor markets. Tokai Carbon GS has earned a reputation for leading the industry in precision manufacturing.
Essential Functions:
- Performs operations needed to manufacture components
- Run CNC and Manual Milling Equipment
- Perform basic daily maintenance on work centers
- Commitment to keeping a neat and organized work area
- Develop specifications from simple and complex blueprints, or hand sketch simple parts on paper
- Adherence to all safety requirements including proper use of PPE
- Willingness to work overtime to maintain customer requirements
- Able to fit parts and hold tolerance to within .001-.005”
- Takes responsibility and pride in doing work precisely and correctly
- Perform all required scribing and hand working.
- Maintain and Record a thorough in-process inspection report for all jobs.
- Work and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to comply with Tokai Carbon GS, Inc. standards of operations.
- Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company.
Compensation & Benefits:
Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to the candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00.

Able to fit parts and hold tolerance to within .001-.005”
- Takes responsibility and pride in doing work precisely and correctly
- Ability to monitor fixturing and work holding methods
- Capability to edit offsets at the machine to maintain tolerance of parts
- Able to setup and run concurrent jobs on multiple machines
- Perform in-process inspections using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height stand, etc.
- Shop math skills
- Able to work with metric dimensions
- Self-motivated individual
- Blueprint reading skills a plus
- Fanuc and Haas Control knowledge a plus
