Now Hiring: Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) PT PRN
About the Role:
As a QMAP, you’ll bring comfort, companionship, and skilled medication assistance to our senior residents, brightening their days with every interaction. In this role, you’ll safely administer medications, observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, assist with daily living activities, maintain accurate documentation, follow health and safety regulations, and provide ongoing support and companionship to those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and community policies
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to RCC and Administrator
- Provide support and assistance with daily living activities as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident interactions
- Uphold health and safety standards, following all federal, state, and facility regulations
- Serve as a compassionate companion, contributing to residents’ well-being and sense of community

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid and active state-issued QMAP certification
- Strong knowledge of emergency response and first aid (including CPR)
- Commitment to health and safety standards and regulatory compliance
