Opportunity (Full-Time): International SOF Information / Knowledge Management (IM/KM) Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Bottom Line Up Front: Hoplite Group is seeking an International SOF Information / Knowledge Management (IM/KM) SME to support the Directorate of Operations, J3-International (J3-I) Division at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This role supports information and knowledge management efforts focused on partner nation SOF capabilities, multinational information sharing, and development of information products supporting the global SOF enterprise.

Location: On-site support at HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL, with CONUS and OCONUS travel as required in support of the SOF enterprise.

Position Type: Full-Time Contract Opportunity

Availability: September 2026 / Contingent Upon Contract Award

Objective: Support USSOCOM J3-International (J3-I) information and knowledge management efforts through development and maintenance of partner nation SOF information products, multinational information sharing, data organization, and information management processes supporting global SOF coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science with a data science concentration from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited university and an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited university program or a master’s degree in a management field concentrating on Information or Security.
• 5 years of experience in business process and multinational information management.
• 1 year of experience in portal development and management.
• 1 year of experience managing geospatial analysis tools (examples include Microsoft Office family of information management tools and SOF Geospatial Enterprise).
• Current DoW Top Secret clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access.
