This role is a high-impact opportunity to shape and scale a global learning and enablement ecosystem that supports sales, customer success, partner, and technical teams across the organization. You will own the operational backbone of a global “University” program, ensuring learning experiences are consistent, scalable, and aligned with business priorities. Acting as both a strategic operator and program leader, you will define governance frameworks, PMO processes, and delivery standards that enable efficient content production and certification management. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, manage intake, and drive execution across multiple enablement streams. This is a highly collaborative and data-driven role where you will build reporting systems, executive dashboards, and operational KPIs that measure learning impact. The environment is fast-paced, global, and highly cross-functional, requiring strong structure, communication, and execution discipline. Your work will directly influence how effectively teams learn, perform, and scale globally.
- Lead the global University operations function, defining the operating model, governance framework, and end-to-end delivery processes
- Own the program management office (PMO) structure, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution tracking across all initiatives
- Develop scalable workflows for content production, certification programs, and learning asset lifecycle management
- Establish and maintain SOPs, QA standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality learner experiences
- Oversee intake and prioritization of learning requests while aligning stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Partner, Product, and Support teams
- Build executive-level reporting, dashboards, and analytics covering content performance, learner engagement, certification outcomes, and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement across University operations, reducing cycle times and improving scalability and delivery quality
- 8+ years of experience in learning operations, enablement operations, program management, PMO leadership, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional learning, training, or content development programs in global environments
- Strong expertise in building scalable operational frameworks, governance models, and standardized delivery processes
- Proven project and program management skills, including experience implementing PMO methodologies and reporting structures
- Experience working with LMS platforms, learning technologies, and digital content workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills across global, cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational discipline
- Experience in certification programs, enablement functions, or cybersecurity/technical domains is a plus
