This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing global talent acquisition function, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders across Europe. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent for key commercial and operational roles. Working in a consultative and data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies aligned with business priorities. You will also leverage market intelligence, analytics, and modern sourcing tools to attract top talent in a competitive landscape. This position is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in dynamic, international environments and enjoys combining operational execution with strategic advisory work.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a range of roles across the organization.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and define effective hiring strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on talent markets, competitor activity, and hiring trends to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and networks across relevant industries, ensuring continuous access to high-quality candidates.
- Utilize data, recruitment metrics, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Collaborate with regional and global talent acquisition teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable recruitment practices.
- Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies for new and challenging requisitions.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes by leveraging feedback, analytics, and best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related technical industries.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across corporate and operational roles at varying levels of seniority.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and talent market research capabilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruitment decisions and improve hiring outcomes.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse, international, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-enabled sourcing technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
