This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of material master data that supports critical business operations across demand planning, logistics, sourcing, finance, and brand functions. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating material records, ensuring data quality across systems, and enabling smooth downstream processes that rely on precise product and vendor information. The position requires close collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making. You will also contribute to pricing, costing, and product setup activities that directly impact supply chain performance and commercial execution. Working in a detail-driven and fast-paced environment, you will help optimize data processes and resolve inconsistencies that affect business performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured data work with strong operational impact across global product workflows.
- Maintain accurate and timely material master data, including sales status updates, to support demand planning and logistics operations.
- Manage vendor and product records, ensuring all information is complete, compliant, and consistently updated.
- Support product setup processes including sales views, costing and pricing data (CAP), purchase info records (PIRS), and source lists.
- Create, extend, and maintain retail articles, including UPC generation and product identification structures.
- Investigate and resolve data errors, including label and product master inconsistencies, ensuring root-cause analysis and correction.
- Generate and maintain UPCs, sales grids, purchase grids, and related data structures to support tracking and reporting.
- Analyze data and execute system updates while producing reports that support operational and business decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage transfer orders and optimize inventory and logistics flows.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a business or data management environment.
- Experience with SAP Material Master systems is a strong plus.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data management tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in retail, supply chain, or product data environments is an advantage.
- Competitive hourly pay range: $14.72 – $19.32.
