About the Role:

The NONPAY Mission Client role is centered on supporting and enhancing the operations of the NONPAY system, which is designed to manage and process non-payment related transactions efficiently. The primary objective of this position is to ensure seamless client interactions with the NONPAY platform, facilitating accurate data handling and timely resolution of issues. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and improve user experience. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining data integrity and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in supporting the mission of the organization by ensuring that non-payment processes are executed smoothly and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with client support or system operations in a financial or administrative environment.
  • Basic understanding of data management and transaction processing systems.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NONPAY or similar non-payment transaction systems.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to financial or administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in using database management and reporting tools.
  • Prior experience in training or user support roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support client interactions with the NONPAY system, ensuring accurate data entry and transaction processing.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system enhancements and updates.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize effective use of the NONPAY platform.
