  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • The IT Support Technician I is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the end user community through the installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of workstation and peripheral equipment. The IT Support Technician I also assists in the operational support of the network infrastructure. This includes the resolution of problems reported by the Information Technology Help Desk and the implementation of new equipment and new or upgraded functionality.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Minimum Experience
      • N/A

    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • Valid driver’s license

    • Preferred Education
      • Associate’s degree in computer science or desktop support

    • Preferred Experience
      • One year experience in desktop computing, network communications, and/or telecommunications

    • Preferred Registration/License/Certification
