Job Description
The Temporary Project Coordinator - SLICE grant serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty and staff involved with
the SLICE (STEM Learning Interdisciplinary Community Expansion) Scholarship Program.
This position provides administrative support which includes:
- Serving in an administrative capacity and providing support to the Principal Investigator, project manager and other members of the team;•
- Assisting with managing the budget and reconciling financial reports; ensuring compliance with federal regulations; assisting with overseeing contracts;
- Interacting with key stakeholders including faculty, staff and students who are involved in the SLICE program;
- Managing daily office operations, responding to and sending correspondence, notetaking, maintaining office calendars, scheduling meetings, processing orders, and making reservations and travel arrangements;
- Supporting the SLICE grant's social media presence;
- Responding to other tasks as needed.
A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Requested Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
