This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supply Chain Delivery Manager, Data Center Power & Cooling OFE based in the United States.

This is a senior individual-contributor role responsible for ensuring critical data center equipment is delivered on time and ready for installation.
You will own the delivery lifecycle for power and cooling owner-furnished equipment across a regional portfolio of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Working at the intersection of supply chain, construction, engineering, logistics, and suppliers, you will turn equipment schedules into actionable delivery plans.
You will manage supplier performance, resolve factory and transportation delays, and proactively address risks that could affect site readiness.
The role combines detailed schedule management with high-level risk reporting, giving leadership a clear view of delivery status and emerging constraints.
Success requires strong execution, sound judgment, and the ability to drive complex cross-functional escalations in a fast-moving environment.

• Own end-to-end delivery plans for power and cooling equipment, including purchase orders, engineering approvals, production slots, factory acceptance testing, shipment milestones, and required-on-site dates, integrating these activities with construction schedules.
• Engage during preconstruction with construction, engineering, and general contractor teams to establish equipment delivery expectations, sequence arrivals, identify risks, and define site receiving and escalation processes.
• Maintain a reliable, portfolio-wide source of truth for equipment status, milestone dates, delivery risks, and supplier commitments.
• Lead recurring delivery reviews with OEMs and integrators, validating production progress and challenging committed dates when necessary.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for factory delays, component shortages, testing failures, shipping issues, and other delivery risks, developing recovery plans such as expediting, partial shipments, resequencing, or alternate sourcing.
• Partner with strategic sourcing teams on supplier escalations by providing site-level schedule intelligence and delivery-performance insights.
• Coordinate transportation for oversized, overweight, high-value equipment, including carrier selection, route surveys, permits, crane and rigging requirements, and related logistics activities.
• Manage laydown, staging, and interim storage decisions when equipment arrives before or after site readiness, coordinating receiving inspections and preservation requirements with quality and commissioning teams.
• Ensure equipment arrives complete, including accessories, spare parts, required documentation, and vendor startup support, so installation and commissioning remain on schedule.
• Identify, prioritize, and communicate delivery risks across multiple projects, recommending actions and driving decisions that protect capacity and ready-for-service milestones.
• Establish recurring delivery reviews and reporting for leadership, covering equipment status, supplier performance, schedule risk, and portfolio-level constraints.
• Track key delivery metrics such as on-time-to-required-on-site performance, schedule drift, escalation cycle time, and expedite costs, using data to identify systemic issues and improve future programs.
• Capture lessons learned and provide feedback to sourcing and construction teams to improve lead-time assumptions, delivery terms, buffer strategies, and equipment sequencing.

• 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, infrastructure program management, or a related discipline supporting large-scale, schedule-driven construction programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering mission-critical power and/or cooling equipment such as transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, busway, chillers, cooling distribution units, air handlers, or similar infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional escalations involving construction teams, suppliers, engineering, sourcing, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules and the ability to connect equipment milestones to project timelines; experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is valuable.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills, including experience building trackers, dashboards, and delivery reports and using quantitative information to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex delivery problems into concise recommendations for senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience with hyperscale or AI data center construction and owner-furnished, contractor-installed delivery models is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, ideally across a regional portfolio of approximately 5–10 or more sites, is preferred.
• Working knowledge of FAT/SAT processes, commissioning workflows, and equipment documentation requirements is advantageous.
• Experience with heavy-haul and project logistics, including international freight, customs, and Incoterms, is a plus.
• Technical understanding of data center electrical distribution and cooling systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems and tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or Procore is beneficial.
• PMP, CSCP, or a similar professional certification is a plus.

• Annual salary range of $320,000–$405,000 USD.
