This is a remote opportunity supporting the systems, data, and processes that keep a growing go-to-market organization operating efficiently.
You’ll take ownership of CRM data quality, stakeholder requests, reporting, and day-to-day revenue operations workflows.
The role combines analytical thinking, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across sales and marketing teams.
You’ll help identify operational bottlenecks and implement smarter workflows, automations, and scalable processes.
Your work will turn operational data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and support better business decisions.
You’ll also contribute to documentation, enablement, and best practices that help teams work more consistently and effectively.

- Own go-to-market data quality by maintaining accurate, complete, and consistent CRM records, reports, lists, and related datasets.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day Revenue Operations requests from go-to-market stakeholders, troubleshooting questions and resolving issues related to systems, workflows, and processes.
- Triage incoming operational requests, prioritize them effectively, and ensure stakeholders receive timely and reliable support.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements, automations, and workflow optimizations.
- Analyze inbound request volumes, operational metrics, and performance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with inside sales, outside sales, marketing, and other business teams on strategic operational projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of documentation, process guides, and training materials covering Revenue Operations tools and best practices.
- Help establish scalable processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of the go-to-market organization.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements across systems, data management, reporting, and operational workflows.
- 1+ year of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a closely related function.
- Demonstrated ability to work across data, systems, and people to solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot or comparable systems.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to troubleshoot systems and workflow issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and competing deadlines.
- Proactive, self-directed approach with the confidence to investigate problems and figure things out independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Interest in process automation, operational efficiency, and using technology to simplify repetitive or manual work.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities and processes may change as the organization grows.
- Competitive base salary of $70,500–$87,500.
