Job Description

Operations Solutions Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations Solutions Consultant based in the United States.

This is a remote, full-time opportunity focused on helping managed service providers improve operational performance and accelerate sustainable growth.
You’ll act as a trusted business advisor, connecting technology solutions with measurable outcomes such as efficiency, automation, profitability, and scalability.
The role combines consultative selling, operational strategy, benchmarking, and partner engagement rather than traditional transactional sales.
You’ll work closely with account management teams to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and increase adoption of cloud-based solutions and services.
You’ll lead strategic workshops and presentations, translating complex operational concepts into practical recommendations for technical and business audiences.
Success will depend on your ability to build executive-level relationships, uncover business challenges, and guide partners toward scalable improvements.
You’ll join a collaborative, innovation-focused environment where continuous learning, AI-enabled solutions, and partner success are central to the way the team operates.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive adoption of operational software solutions and advisory services through consultative conversations centered on partner business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Account Managers to identify opportunities, develop sales pipelines, increase engagement, and progress commercial initiatives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue objectives by uncovering growth opportunities and expanding solution adoption across the partner base.
  • Lead benchmarking workshops and strategic planning sessions that help partners improve operational efficiency, automation, scalability, and profitability.
  • Deliver engaging business and technical presentations to both internal stakeholders and external partner audiences.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity management, pipeline visibility, and forecasting through Salesforce and other relevant business systems.
  • Advise partners on operational best practices, market trends, scalable business strategies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, workflows, automation, quoting, documentation, and broader managed services operations.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and decision-makers, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor rather than simply a solution provider.
  • Contribute to team initiatives, organizational planning, and the ongoing development of the operations solutions practice.
  • Support a partner-first culture by challenging existing thinking, uncovering meaningful opportunities, and helping technology businesses achieve stronger long-term outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven success in consultative sales environments where business outcomes and measurable value are central to the sales process.
  • Substantial experience working with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, or subscription-based products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business leaders, senior decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of technology providers, managed service providers, channel businesses, or related technology ecosystems.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage opportunities, sales pipelines, forecasting, and customer information.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, service delivery, automation, business improvement, and operational maturity.
  • Familiarity with technologies and solutions relevant to managed services, including remote monitoring, professional services automation, quoting, documentation, and related platforms.
  • Confidence presenting complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with an ability to connect technology recommendations to efficiency, growth, profitability, and other business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious commercial goals while maintaining a strong partner-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, technology-focused environment with evolving products, customer needs, and market expectations.
  • Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.
Benefits
  • Remote-first, full-time work environment.
  • Competitive base salary with On-Target Earnings starting at $92,000, based on a 70% base / 30% variable compensation structure.
  • Annual performance bonus or variable commission opportunities.
  • Eligibility for stock option participation.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Program and health and wellbeing support.
  • Employer-paid short- and long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance.
  • Flexible, open vacation and paid sick time off.
  • Extended leave to support significant life events.
  • Dedicated career development and learning opportunities.
  • Access to LinkedIn Learning and internal development programs.
  • Employee recognition programs and employee-led resource groups.
  • Opportunities for career growth and cross-functional development within a global organization.
  • Collaborative, inclusive culture emphasizing innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth.
