Job Description
Woodward Community Based Services (WCBS) is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee our Adult Habilitation (HAB) program. This position is a great fit for someone who can lead people, solve problems, stay organized, and keep programs moving, even when the day doesn’t go exactly as planned. As Program Manager, you’ll oversee HAB homes and support Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals in providing consistent, high-quality, person-centered services.
What You’ll Do- Oversee the day-to-day operations of HAB homes and help maintain safe, structured, quality services.
- Supervise, coach, and support Team Leads, including providing guidance and addressing performance concerns.
- Help maintain appropriate staffing by supporting scheduling, call-in coverage, and changing program needs.
- Monitor required documentation, service notes, logs, incident reports, and other program records for accuracy and timeliness.
- Review incidents, identify concerns, and ensure appropriate follow-up occurs.
- Support implementation of individual service plans and behavioral supports in collaboration with clinical staff.
- Communicate effectively with members, guardians, families, case managers, and other treatment team members.
- Identify and address staffing, documentation, service delivery, and other operational concerns.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and person-centered care throughout the program.

Requirements:- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively supervise and support employees in a fast-paced human services environment.
- Ability to travel locally between HAB homes, the office, and community locations.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as program needs require, including evenings, weekends, adjusted schedules, and on-call responsibilities.
