Server – Part-Time Weekends | 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM in Chesterfield, Missouri at Friendship Village

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Server to provide excellent dining service to residents while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

• Part-Time

• Weekend Schedule

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (preferred)

• Saturday and Sunday schedules are also available

• Shift Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

• Provide friendly and professional table service to residents and guests.

• Take meal orders and accurately enter requests.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.

• Assist residents with menu selections and dining needs.

• Set up and maintain dining rooms before, during, and after meal service.

• Clear and reset tables following service.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the culinary and dining services team members.

• Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive dining experience.

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or senior living experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
