  • Own complex problem-solving initiatives, ensuring execution through collaboration and stakeholder influence.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in payments, collections performance, business analysis, strategy, or related analytical roles within the payments or fintech industry.
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong capabilities in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and communicating complex insights clearly and effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card networks, processing fees, banking costs, and pricing structures.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process optimization, revenue growth, and operational improvement through data.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple concurrent priorities and projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead analytical initiatives and provide technical or functional leadership within teams.
Benefits:
  • Purpose-driven organization focused on technology that improves user experiences at scale
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage
  • Hybrid/remote flexibility with home office support allowance
  • Quarterly global “4 Days Off” initiative promoting rest and work-life balance

  • Gym membership access through fitness subscription platforms
  • Educational partnerships and discounts for professional and language development
