Team Leader, Environmental Services in Russellville, Kentucky at Med Center Health

The Environmental Services Team Leader serves as a working leader for the Environmental Services department and reports to the Manager, Facility Operations. This position provides daily coordination and oversight of EVS operations while actively performing environmental cleaning duties. The EVS Team Leader supports departmental staffing, training, payroll processes, inventory management, supply ordering, quality monitoring, and workflow coordination to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff. The role functions as a resource for team members and assists the Manager, Facility Operations with departmental operations and employee support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two years of Environmental Services or related experience preferred.
