Job Description

- Data Analysis & Forecasting:
Analyze inventory data and sales trends to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
Inventory Monitoring:
Track inventory movements and performance to reduce shortages, excess stock, and aging inventory.Discrepancy Resolution:
Investigate inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and product availability.Reporting & KPI Management:
Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory turnover, fill rates, and stockout risks.
- 3–5 in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methods
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with Syteline, IFS, or similar ERP systems (asset)
- Valid passport and driver’s license, with the ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
