Warehouse Associate
Status: Hourly non-exempt
Reports to: Facility Manager
This position is Monday through Friday 3AM to 12PM

The Warehouse Employee is responsible for safely and efficiently supporting warehouse operations. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer service. Employees must arrive on time, be prepared to perform assigned duties, and assist coworkers as needed to ensure successful daily operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse & Team Support
• Assist with warehouse duties including loading, unloading, staging, and general cleanup as directed.
• Help coworkers as needed to ensure all load-outs and deliveries are completed on time.
• Maintain safe product handling and storage procedures.
• Support team operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Load and unload products with care, ensuring proper handling, security, and product integrity.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
• Support merchandising efforts to up sell new product and existing product.
Work Environment
Approximately 100% of job duties are performed in a warehouse environment which contains coolers, freezers, outdoor docks. The position may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, traffic conditions, and moving equipment.
Work may also take place within a box truck 50%, loading box truck, unloading box truck.
Physical Requirements/Environment
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb stairs.
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to push and pull loads up to 75 pounds using appropriate equipment such as dollies, carts, or pallet jacks.
Requires sufficient manual dexterity to handle products, operate equipment, and complete required documentation.
Requires adequate visual and auditory abilities, including near and far vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to hear and communicate effectively.
