This is a high-impact role where you will also contribute to practice growth, solution design, and capability development within the broader consulting organization.

- Design and oversee complex solution architectures integrating PIM, DAM, PLM, and eCommerce platforms to ensure scalable and cohesive product ecosystems.
- Drive discovery workshops and executive-level stakeholder alignment to ensure clarity of objectives, scope, and expected business outcomes.
- Support implementation of PIM solutions while ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices.
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs to measure performance, ROI, and success of product experience initiatives.
- Lead platform adoption, change management, and training initiatives to ensure sustainable client capability building.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
- Mentor and guide consultants across multiple levels, contributing to team development and delivery excellence.
- Support business development activities, including scoping, proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations.
- Contribute to the growth of the PXM practice by developing methodologies, frameworks, and internal knowledge assets.
- Proven experience in PXM/PIM consulting, including both strategy definition and hands-on implementation in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in product data management, product lifecycle processes, and omnichannel product experience design.
- Experience with leading PIM platforms such as Inriver, Akeneo, Salsify, or similar enterprise tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery phases and engage effectively with executive stakeholders (e.g., C-level and VP-level clients).
- Experience delivering complex, multi-system solutions involving PIM, DAM, PLM, and eCommerce ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, operating models, and enterprise data structures.
- Proven leadership experience managing client engagements and mentoring consulting teams.
- Ability to define KPIs and measure business impact, ROI, and transformation success.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
- Experience contributing to sales cycles, proposals, and solution shaping is highly valuable.
- Familiarity with digital transformation programs and change management methodologies is a strong asset.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and location.
- Comprehensive health and insurance plan with flexible coverage options and employer contributions up to 80%.
- Access to virtual healthcare, mental health support, and employee assistance programs.
- Retirement savings plan with employer RRSP matching up to 4% through a DPSP structure.
- Personal spending account ($500 annually) for wellness, transit, healthcare, or professional needs.
- Flexible vacation policy with additional days during probation and prorated annual entitlement.
- Monthly personal technology reimbursement and flexible work scheduling options.
- Fully remote-friendly environment with strong work-life balance and seasonal office closures.
- Strong focus on inclusion, accessibility, and equitable career development opportunities.
