Position Information

Position: ABA Clinical Case Supervisor

Compensation: $30.00–$34.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Supervisory Status: Yes

Billable Expectation: 25–30 billable hours per week

Reports To: Clinical Director and BCBA

Work Setting: In-home, clinic, and community-based services

Service Area: Up to a 30-mile radius from the assigned office

Position Summary

The ABA Clinical Case Supervisor provides clinical oversight and support for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. This position partners with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, and families to ensure treatment plans are implemented with consistency, integrity, and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a confident clinician who enjoys mentoring others, building relationships with families, analyzing client progress, and helping team members grow professionally while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

What You'll DoClinical Assessment & Program Development
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments.
  • Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies.
  • Design data collection systems that accurately measure client progress.
  • Modify treatment programs based on ongoing clinical data and outcomes.
Clinical Supervision
  • Supervise ABA services to ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity.
  • Observe intervention sessions and provide coaching to Behavior Technicians.
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and recommend program modifications.
  • Ensure services align with company standards and best clinical practices.
Staff Development & Parent Training
  • Mentor and coach Behavior Technicians through ongoing supervision.
  • Train caregivers in evidence-based behavioral strategies.
  • Support staff with data collection, graphing, documentation, and clinical implementation.
  • Promote consistency between therapy sessions and home environments.
Documentation & Clinical Reporting
  • Analyze client data to monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Complete assessment reports and progress reports accurately and on time.
  • Maintain organized clinical documentation.
  • Communicate recommendations clearly with families and clinical leadership.
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case meetings.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and the Clinical Director regarding client programming.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous clinical improvement.
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative clinical culture.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Complete session rendering and documentation promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling and case coordination.
  • Communicate scheduling changes and service barriers.
  • Perform additional duties that support clinical operations.
QualificationsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum one year of experience supervising ABA services.
  • Experience developing ABA programs and training staff and caregivers.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and clinical decision-making abilities.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned service area.
  • Availability to work scheduled client hours between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday, as assigned.
