Job Description

At KLAS, our mission is clear: improve healthcare by amplifying truth through collaboration, insights, and transparency.

We're looking for a Revenue Systems Manager to help design, optimize, and scale the systems and processes that power our Revenue organization. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue, Finance, Business Operations, and IT, ensuring our revenue technology, data, and workflows support an exceptional customer experience while providing leadership with reliable insights for decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Own the business-side strategy, optimization, and adoption of Salesforce and other revenue technologies.
  • Design and improve revenue processes across quoting, contracting, renewals, forecasting, approvals, and reporting.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Revenue leaders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
  • Support the transition away from Salesforce CPQ and help implement future-state quoting and contracting processes.
  • Improve revenue data quality, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build and analyze revenue datasets to support forecasting, revenue recognition, bookings, renewals, and executive reporting.
  • Develop user documentation, training, and enablement resources to drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows, improve reporting, and eliminate manual effort.

What You Bring

  • Experience administering or optimizing Salesforce and other GTM/revenue systems from the business side.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, quoting, contracting, renewals, forecasting, and revenue operations.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams to define business requirements and improve system workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable processes and practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

The salary range for this role starts at $125,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. We offer exceptional benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA with company match, 401K with company match, PTO, and more.

All employees undergo a comprehensive internal education program to gain knowledge of the healthcare information technology industry and KLAS' methodology. Learn more about us at www.klasresearch.com.
