  • Track realized vs. expected return on asset refresh investments

3. Lifecycle Analytics (Churn & Service Cost)

  • Quantify relationships between asset age, churn propensity, and service cost
  • Develop segmentation models to identify at-risk accounts
  • Establish data-driven thresholds where replacement outperforms repair
  • Partner with CX and Customer Care to inform retention strategies

4. Proactive Swap Program Design & Execution

  • Design and scale proactive asset refresh programs beyond organic swap rates
  • Define targeting logic, eligibility criteria, and operational workflows
  • Partner with Care, Field Service and Scheduling to execute programs
  • Develop customer communication strategies with Marketing

5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead alignment across Service Ops, Finance, Sales, Product, and Supply Chain
  • Establish KPI framework and performance reporting cadence
  • Build dashboards and executive reporting for SLT visibility
