As our next Sr. Director, Corporate Controller, you will serve as the primary deputy and operational right-hand to the VP of Finance, guiding financial strategy, fiscal integrity, and enterprise risk management.
Work Setup: PH Remote
Start Date: August 3, 2026 (open to having someone start within 30–45 days)
Schedule: US EST business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday) with flexibility and required overlap with the hiring manager's working hours

Job SummaryThe Sr. Director, Corporate Controller serves as a critical strategic executive within the Global Finance & Accounting organization and reports directly to the VP of Finance. Acting as the primary deputy and operational right-hand to the VP, this leader drives the global financial architecture, ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory excellence, and scalable accounting operations across all international entities. This role is a key advisor to executive leadership, tasked with architecting financial strategies, managing enterprise-level risk, and championing organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities & Strategic ObjectivesArchitect and oversee the global financial infrastructure, driving high-performance accounting operations and robust financial reporting frameworks.
Serve as the liaison to the Executive Team and senior leadership, providing critical insights to inform enterprise-wide business strategy.
Direct the enterprise risk management strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding global assets against evolving financial risks.
Champion digital transformation initiatives within the finance function to increase efficiency, automation, and decision-support capabilities.
Lead complex global M&A integration activities, ensuring seamless financial consolidation and operational alignment.
Establish and govern enterprise-wide financial policies that drive fiscal discipline, scalability, and adherence to global accounting standards.
Cultivate and mentor a high-performing global finance leadership team, embedding a culture of strategic accountability and continuous professional development.
Collaborate with the VP of Finance to define the long-term financial roadmap, focusing on capital efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Oversee audit strategy and complex external auditor relationships, ensuring transparency and superior governance standards.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a required CPA certification.
Minimum of twelve to fifteen (12–15) years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
At least five to ten (5–10) years in a significant senior leadership capacity within a complex, global environment.
Two to three (2–3) years of experience operating at a Director level.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements, with a demonstrated ability to oversee audits and ensure compliance.
Proficiency in financial systems and software, with extensive experience using Sage or comparable ERP platforms.
High proficiency in the Google Workspace technology ecosystem.
Skilled in developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, and driving process improvements across finance functions.
Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making within complex organizational structures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated strength in team leadership, delegation, and coaching, fostering high performance and accountability.
Analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation and the ability to manage change in a dynamic business environment.
Must be available to work during US EST business hours with some flexibility and necessary schedule overlap.
Nice-to-haves: MBA or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance, and prior experience in a global BPO setup.
