- Essential Job Functions
- Maintains school affiliation agreements.
- Oversees scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs to include advertisement, communication, application and approval processes, contract signing, ongoing communication with recipients, and management of scholarship tracking database.
- Compiles necessary information for the drafting and completion of grants applications through collaboration with other employees, research, and other factfinding actions and meetings.
- Shared responsibility of after-hours scheduling and placement for Nurse Apprentices
- Oversees the monitoring and required data compilation and submission for grants and other reimbursement opportunities associated with employee training and development (example: WIOA, apprenticeships).
- Participates in recruiting activities and career fairs.
- Oversees Pathways to Advancement Program to include communication and advertisement of application process and deadlines, recruiting, coordination of employee testing, instruction, ongoing evaluation, and graduation ceremony, SUSCC enrollment coordination for graduates, and follow up/coaching of past graduates.
- Performs workforce development needs-assessment annually and develops and conducts training, as needed.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
